What exactly does “print-on-demand” mean?

 

Print-on-demand means that your purchase is not ready to ship right away. Once you submit your order, the printers are notified and production begins shortly after that.

 

How long does production/printing take?

 

It varies by item. Depending on the products that you order, the production process can take up to about a week.

 

Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?

 

Again, this depends on the products that you order. Fanny Paca currently uses 4 production facilities, so it is very possible for your order to arrive in multiple shipments.

 

How are the shipping prices calculated?

 

Shipping is $8 for orders up to $60

Shipping is $12 for orders $60.01-$100.00

Shipping is $16 for orders $100.01-$150.00

Shipping is $20 for orders $150.01-$200.00

...and so on

 

What happens if there is a problem with my order?
